How often are you making the same cake for someones birthday? I completely understand, which is why I wanted to share this new take on a birthday cake.
Using a bunt cake pan, I made a basic chocolate cake and added powdered sugar for decoration. To spruce it up, I inserted a small cup in the middle, and filled it with fresh flowers! The birthday girl loved it, and I had plenty of people asking me for the how-to! Little did they know it was this simple.
